This particular workout here is a crossfit routine that consists of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, and 15 bodyweight squats done in a circuit routine for 20 minutes. In the crossfit world they call this particular workout "Cindy". (Don't ask me why they call it that because I have no idea).
The goal of the workout is to complete as many rounds of this bodyweight circuit as you can within 20 minutes.
The cool thing about this workout is that you are literally going to be working all your major muscle groups with just these 3 exercises and you can do it anywhere, the only piece of workout equipment you need is a pull up bar.
The entire routine only takes 20 minutes from start to finish. But don't be fooled into thinking that it's "easy", you'll get an absolute killer workout done in just 20 minutes and you'll be pushing your personal limits.
